Automating Student AD Accounts

We successfully implemented the process to make students inactive in Active Directory. We have changed the frequency of the procedure. Every Friday, the routine will run to make students inactive in Active Directory based on their PowerSchool enrollment status. After 180 days (6 Months), the inactive students will automatically get deleted. (2/27/2017 1:00 P.M.)

We are now ready to test the process that inactivates student active directory accounts. This process will run nightly just like the "Add Student AD Account Process". Students will be inactivated based on their PowerSchool enrollment flag. Student accounts will be inactivated, they will not deleted. Student accounts will be deleted over the summer.
